Record crates, pawn shops, sewer covers, parking meters, pimps, graffiti and…Reggie Jackson. What do these have in common? Well, you can find them all in any city (except Reggie) but if you showed pictues of them all to someone and said “what city is this?”, most would probably say NYC for some reason. That and you’ll find them all in the artwork of SoCity’s tees. So the city these guys call home is the most blatent influence in their work. It’s got a coolness about it that fits anywhere though.
