Alright, I know I promised to post up the nominees for that “Best Corporate Logo Remix” Shirty that Fabricali swooped on, but haven’t gotten around to it yet. So here’s one of them. These guys took a nice stab at Ralph Lauren with this tee. Good one Threadpit.

For the most part, the name of this site is right on - t-shirtsthatsuck - I’d be wearin’ the “Velvet Elvis” one though… have a look if you want some juvenile humor. I’m not promising you greatness or anything though. And don’t worry, I’m not running out of sites that don’t suck. It’s the weekend. Give me a break. Everybody sucks sometimes…

When you think shoebomber, you might think of some fuckin’ nut trying to blow an American Airline plane or London train full of innocent passengers out of the sky or subway. Yeah, me too.
Well, Negrete’s making a great commentary (that most people will have to look twice at while others won’t get it at all) on this crazy-ass world we live in with their “Shoebomber” tee. Bombin’ on shoes, not with them… excellent!
What? Is that… Is that one of those things in a urinal that keeps the bathroom from smelling like 26 different kinds of piss and filters out all the cigarette butts?
Yeah, it is! Why has nobody else recognized the artisty in this shape? I guess maybe ’cause you’re too busy trying to piss a bullseye. I dunno. Anyway, T.26 Type Foundry sees it’s merit. Been meaning to post this one up for a while, but they’ve got all their tees on sale for 9 bucks, so now’s the time.
And have a friend named Ian? Yeah? Then this shirt is perfect for you. I guess, that kinda narrows down the perfect candidate to buy this shirt. Or is this some inside joke that I don’t know about?
Either way, I still like it. I wish it said “your lighter is now mine!” though… Have a look at all the gear over at Fenchurch. Especially this Halifax tee and these jeans.
B.A. Hobo Co. Makers is that Dallas company who became famous for their “Camp Cupcake” tee during that whole Martha Stewart thing. But, forget about that, check out these “Original Area Codes” tees. Live in the 312, 214, 213, 305, 212 or the 415? Then they’ve got a tee for you.
As they say on their site, “Show everyone you are still an “original” and live in the cool part of the city.”
So the hype is over, Padme couldn’t just get a c-section and save Anakin from turning to the dark side and busting all Frankenstein-ishly from the operating table, but here it is anyway, the winner for a tee based on something Star Wars… notice none are Lucas licensed products. They all suck!
And the Shirty for “Best Star Wars Tee” goes to… (drum roll) Ben Saffer of Urban Arts, for his fresh, minimal take on the stormtrooper image. Come on up here Ben! (Roaring applause)
Our friends at KrudMart have very limited quantities left of this shirt, but I got them to knock 3 bucks off the prices for TeeJunkie readers in honor of Ben’s Shirty Award. You gotta buy it today or tomorrow though (July 27 & 28), right now it’s $26. After that it goes back to $29… if there’s any left.

Well, here’s the third installment of Hear it, Wear it. Hopefully everybody enjoyed Funkstörung and all the other great stuff at K7 and/or BBJ and Bloodshot. Today we have a hip-hop collective/label out of San Francisco - Anticon. A group of crazy-ass white boys making some hip-hop that’s like nothing else out there - offering a bunch of cool tees and hoodies too, and after all, that’s why we’re here.
DoseOne, Jel, Why?, Sole, Alias, Passage, Pedestrian… too many dudes to list, just check ‘em out. Hot shit! There’s tons of tracks online, but just go ahead and get the label sampler. 80 minutes of tracks spanning the history of the label for a measly $7.25.
A couple of the new tees from Crownfarmer. This “No Nothing” (limited edition of 50 and web exclusive color) tee is kinda funny, considering that Urban Outfitters remixed their “The Stuff You Huff” and the classic “Take Pills and Chill” tees a while back. They stuck them on the back of blazers with a red circle “NO” thing over them. Crownfarmer should make a “No Blazers” or “No UO” tee…
There is also the 10 (limited edition of 100) “Coupled Crownfarmers” tees. Well, there were 10, 3 of ‘em are already sold out…
