There’s no official awards for t-shirt designers like there is for actors and musicians and stuff… at least I don’t think there is. So I’m making some, these guys deserve some recognition… they won’t actually get anything to set on their mantles though of course. Maybe I’ll photoshop an image and send them a digital award. Anyway, let’s get on with it…

And the Shirty for “Best Design by a Skate Company” goes to… (drum roll) Hessenmob’s “Hessen Metal Skull”, designed by Dave the Chimp. (click “klamotten” in the navigation to get to the clothing)

Look closely, the skull’s the splintered nose of a deck with the eyes and nose being the holes you mount your trucks to and hardware for the bones. (Roaring applause)
