Darkside Tee with extra dark

Sometimes you have to admit the truth about yourself, and one of the things I have to face is that I’m pretty geeky. Not in the ‘failed social skills and personal hygiene’ department, I hasten to add (I am female, after all) so when I pack for a weekend away I take a toothbrush and spare undies while geek-male colleagues take wifi detectors and surge protectors. But I am one of those people who is hardwired for science and scifi, so this tee by Glennz won me over even while I was cringing about admitting it.

Glen used to design T-shirts on Threadless, and has moved to his own shopfront – the nz comes from where he’s based, New Zealand, although he’s selling the tees out of the USA.

The thing is, you either love this T-shirt or hate it, and I fell in love with it from the moment I saw it, not just because I’m a Darth Vader groupie, but also because the use of colour is superb, it’s balanced across the tee to give real depth to the image and a richness to the overall design that just isn’t there in a lot of fantees. Kudos, Glennz!
