‘Too orangey for crows’ T-shirt
Wednesday, October 22, 2008 7:19We’re going to be doing something different in November – spurred on by the miserable news all around us, me and her are going to do a world tour!
Well okay, not exactly, but we’re going to try and find as many top-gun T-shirts outside the USA and UK as we can, and bring them to your attention, cos we know you will defend to the death your right to buy and wear good tees. So if you’ve got any favourite T-shirts from right off the beaten track, drop us a line. I really want to find an Icelandic T shirt before the whole country shuts up shop, because there should be some fire sale prices on their tees right now, don’t you reckon?
Until then, I’m still proving how nice I am by picking T-shirts that nobody could object to and today’s pick is a retro-blast from Famous Forever whose t shirts appear on people like Lindsay Lohan and Anne Hathaway: an odd mix, if you ask me.

If you haven’t seen the Kia Ora advert in cinemas, go watch it on YouTube, it made me smile and not much else is giving me a grin these days.
This is a great T-shirt, picking up on a diamond moment and sharing it with the world. I particularly favour the way they’ve gone for the same faded image colours as on the original acetate film, rather than ramping them up through the print process – it’s proper retro, is that. And the prices are damn good too.

This visual reminds me of heckle and jeckle.

This t-shirt is definitely a blast from the past … aaaah … happy memories! Love it, especially the faded out effect.

Love these retro shirts that take you back in time, to those halcyon and carefree days. “I’ll be your dog” was a great catch-phrase too, laden with innuendo. Unless that’s just my dirty mind, obviously… Anyway, nice T-Shirt.
