Manly Floral T-shirt – the impossible made possible

Not just for men either. Sometimes you come across a site that’s really a showcase for world class talent, and typotheque is just that. Only a small percentage of what they have on show is clothing related and most of it is based in the kind of fine arts training that usually leads to couture clothing, not ready-to-wear fashion, but the world’s of art and T-shirt collide superbly in this stunning tee by Johanna Bil’ak.
It’s a limited edition little black number, in both men’s and women’s sizing, and features 48 herbs where the herb’s name is spelled out, and repeated in a circle to form the floral image so that you get what is accurately described as ‘mandala-like shapes made out of letters’. It’s simple, elegant and beautiful designed. The kind of T-shirt that grows to become a favourite and gets worn until it falls apart.
Printed in Netherlands at €35.00, it’s not the cheapest T-shirt out there, but for style I doubt you’ll see anything better this year.

I don’t know about this one. I would gather you’d have to be pretty well into horticulture for this one to catch your eye.
