The lines are closed, the votes have been counted and we are delighted to announce the results for the teejunkie top t-shirt designer awards.

We’d like to thank you all for a fantastic response to this, it never ceases to amaze me how many people out there are passionate about great design, blazing originality and the resulting fantastic t-shirts. We had a huge number of votes thanks to help promoting it by the nominated designers and by some of our fellow tee bloggers from the likes of Teenormous, iloveyourtshirt.com and t-shirtsaround amongst many others.

So without further ado I announce the top t-shirt designer for 2009:

Congratulations Joe! Unfortunately there is no prize other than the adulation of your peers, but due to an overwhelming response we may be able to get something in the kitty for next years awards!
