The ‘Holding out for a Hero’ T-shirt

hero 1Apparently yesterday was a public holiday in the UK. Which means there’s a totally wasted Mikey on the side of the road somewhere, having failed to get back home, let alone to work, today.

So, with that epic failure in mind, I’ve decided to share a hero 2TruffleShuffle favourite T-shirt from the UK, as I seem to be covering Mikey’s territory as well as my own these days. TruffleShuffle say they are ‘Officially retro. Totally awesome’ which is quite a claim to live up to. Their prices are certainly not retro. I translate £24.99 as around $40.00 which is a lot of money for a T-shirt.

Still, this is a lot of teeshirt. It’s a great length, a beautiful colour and the image is … well, graphic in the true sense of the word. I love the picture of Thor in particular and the stars continuing over the back of the tee make this something a little bit more than the average. Not sure it’s $40.00 more than the average, but what price a hero?
