Validus black and white T-shirt
Saturday, September 5, 2009 6:07Contrary to the opinions of my colleague, I was not wasted, I was suffering under extreme weather, which is what happens in the UK whenever it’s a public holiday. If anybody thinks being in a tent in a field in the pouring rain is fun … they can do it next year and I’ll stay home and play Yakuza 3.
Anyway, because they have a stark, hype-free storefront, because they have a blog I can’t be arsed to read but seems to suggest they are Canadian, because they can’t spell disappointing (one s, guys!) and because this is the crispest autumn T-shirt around, my weekend pick goes to Validus.
This T-shirt is printed on an American Apparel blank, so it’s not going to be a body hugger. I think it’s well priced at $18, there’s a strong clean image which is bound to get conversations started and the Viking hat and moustache are excellent touches. I’ve been thinking about growing one myself – a hat, that is, not a moustache.
